• Shipping costs are shown at checkout, before you pay.
• Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days of payment.
• Estimated delivery: Netherlands 1–3 working days; rest of EU 3–10 working days.
• You receive a tracking code once your parcel is on its way.

Damaged or wrong items

Please check your parcel on arrival. Report visible transit damage or a wrong item within 48 hours of receipt — preferably with photos — to [CONTACT EMAIL]. In that case we arrange and pay for the return or replacement.

Returns within 14 days (withdrawal)

You have 14 days to change your mind. Read the full conditions and exceptions on the Right of Withdrawal page. For a withdrawal return, the cost of the return shipment is at your expense.
