Florams Apiary is a Dutch business. These terms are governed by Dutch law and the Dutch and EU consumer protection rules apply in full to consumer purchases, regardless of language.

1. Who we are

These terms apply to every offer, order and agreement made with [LEGAL NAME], trading as Florams Apiary, established at [STRAAT + NR], [POSTCODE] [PLAATS], Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number [KVK NUMMER], VAT number [BTW NUMMER], reachable via [CONTACT EMAIL].

2. Scope

These terms apply to every offer and to every agreement concluded between Florams Apiaryand the consumer. They are made available before any agreement is concluded. Deviations only apply when agreed in writing.

3. Offer and agreement

Our offer is non-binding. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind us. An agreement comes into existence the moment the consumer accepts the offer and the order is confirmed by us by email.

4. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping, unless stated otherwise.
  • Shipping costs are shown before you confirm the order.
  • Payment is made via the methods offered at checkout and is due immediately.
  • Title to delivered goods remains with Florams Apiary until full payment is received (retention of title).

5. Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch within 3 working days of receiving payment.
  • Stated delivery times are indicative and never a strict deadline.
  • Risk of damage or loss passes to the consumer once the goods are received by the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer.
  • If an order cannot be delivered within 30 days, the consumer is entitled to dissolve the agreement at no cost.

6. Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw the agreement within 14 days without giving reasons, under the conditions set out on our Right of Withdrawal page. The direct cost of the return shipment is borne by the consumer.

7. Conformity and warranty

We warrant that delivered products comply with the agreement and meet reasonable standards of soundness. The consumer's statutory rights remain fully in force. We do not offer any commercial warranty beyond what is required by law.

8. Complaints

Complaints about the performance of the agreement must be submitted to us, fully and clearly described, within 7 days of discovery via [CONTACT EMAIL]. We aim to respond within 14 days. If we cannot reach a joint solution, the consumer may submit the dispute via the European ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the consumer for the product concerned. We are never liable for indirect damage, consequential loss or lost profits. This limitation does not apply in case of intent or gross negligence on our part, or to the extent the law forbids limitation.

10. Force majeure

In the event of force majeure — including strikes, transport disruptions, illness, extreme weather and supplier failures — we are entitled to suspend delivery or dissolve the agreement without any obligation to pay compensation.

11. Governing law

Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the district where Florams Apiary is established, without prejudice to the consumer's right to bring the matter before the legally competent court.
