Right of Withdrawal
14 days to decide
You have the right to withdraw your order up to 14 days after receiving it, without giving any reason. After withdrawal you have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Conditions
- The product is unused and — as far as reasonable — in its original packaging.
- You notify us of the withdrawal within 14 days of receipt, in writing by email or using the model form below.
- You return the product within 14 days of your notification.
Return shipping
The direct cost of the return shipment is at your expense. We recommend sending with a tracked service; the risk of the return shipment lies with you until the parcel has been received by us.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Fresh products and foodstuffs that spoil quickly, including raw honey and bee products whose seal has been broken.
- Products made to your specification (for example wax-dipped, engraved or cut to size).
- Sealed products which are not suitable for return for reasons of health or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery.
Refund
Once we receive your return we refund the purchase amount within 14 days, using the same payment method. We may wait to refund until we have received the goods, or until you have shown that you have returned them. Any reduction in value due to use beyond what was needed to establish the nature and operation of the product may be deducted from the refund.
